Is this Too scary for my child?

We do recommend children under age 13 not attend the attraction, but it is up to you as the parent to make that call. We are a haunted house, we frighten, and if we scare your child, that is what we do.

BUT There will be a Festival every night that is Family Friendly!

Is there an age Limit?

Anyone age 17 and under MUST be accompanied at all times by an adult ages 21+ with a valid ID. No ID, No Entry, No REFUND! 

Will there be parking?

Yes, there will be parking on property. There is a parking fee of two dollars, so please bring cash.

Is this safe to go through if I am Pregnant?

We do not Recommend anyone who could be pregnant. dolor

Do you have Security?

We work hard to ensure the safety of all of our guests. We do require each person to pass through our walk-through metal detectors, weapons detector wanding, and full bag checks. Please arrive prior to your ticket time to allow time for our strict security process. We do reserve the right to deny entry to anyone at any time.

Do you offer group discounts?

YES we do! If you have a group of 15+ please contact breck@athensscreampark.com for more information and how to get the discount.

Will I be touched by actors?

No, we will not purposefully touch you. Accidents happen but we have trained our actors to NOT touch guests.

How many times can I go through the haunt?

Once per ticket purchase. We do not allow reentry of any of our attractions. dolor

Can I get a refund or Exchange?

No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

I lost an item in the haunt, what do I need to do to get it back?

Athens Scream Park is not responsible for any lost of stolen items We will not attempt to recover lost items until after operation hours has come to an end. We do not guarantee that any items will be found. You will not be permitted to wait on the ‘lost’ items. If you lose an item of value, please leave your contact info and what the item is and looks like with one of our staff at the ticket booth. If we find the item we will contact you if/when the item is found.

How long will I have to wait?

When purchasing a ticket online, you will select a time for arrival. This will help make wait times faster. If you do not wish to wait in long lines, please consider purchasing a Fright-Pass or an immediate entry ticket. (these tickets are only available on certain nights.)

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Not really sadly, While we do want to be accessible to everyone… it is harder because we are an Outdoor trail. there will be some limitations, but we will help anyone who does come out, and give them a good experience. Just email us ahead of time and we will try and accommodate and let you know if we can.

Am I able to record the haunt?

Photography and the use of cellphones/video cameras are strictly prohibited. If used you will be removed from the attraction, you will not be able to enjoy the experience and will be escorted off the property.

Will you deny anyone from entering?

YES, we do not allow foul language, obscene behavior, alcohol, weapons, drugs, etc. ON the property. We reserve the right to refuse access and admittance to anyone at any time. We do watch, and we will remove anyone per our judgement. Like almost every amusement business/facility, we will not give refunds under any circumstances, especially when being removed due to behavior and rule breaking.

What should I wear?

We are an outdoor haunted attraction, we do not recommend the use of flipflops or open toed shoes. We will ask you politely to reconsider wearing a different pair of shoes. Please also avoid wearing loose or valuable,  jewelry or accessories, as things can easily get lost inside of the attraction. Carnage is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We will not attempt to recover any lost items until after our operational hours end. We do not guarantee that any items will be found. You will not be permitted to stay and wait on your “lost” items. If you lose an item of value, please leave your contact information with an employee. If we find your item, you will be contacted when the item is found.

How large of a group can go through at once?

We place about 6-10 people in the attraction at once. On our busier nights we will move groups of 1o at a time though. We will mix your groups.

How much does it cost?

Ticket prices will vary, but the general admission ticket price will be 15 per ticket for the haunt and the Festival. We accept most major cards, and apple pay, venmo, cashapp and Cash at our on-site box office.
